Key Local Account Manager/Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Business Administration, Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience, from which 3 years of experience in managerial level
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and client relationship skills
  • Pro-active, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Be a good team player and play a leadership role in the team
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
  • Remuneration package will be evaluated according to candidate’s caliber and experience



  • Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Maintain good relationship with individual country contacts of existing managed global clients & MNCs.
  • Implementation: Drive at a local level and in supportive of regional level to provide all information to implement definition of program requirements and fulfill responsibilities on individual project plans when implementing a new account or integration additional products/services.
  • Policy Development: Implementation and adherence to policy at local level
  • Communications & Planning: All local communication delivery to and from local contact of clients. Communicate local issues with plan, manage to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Process and service delivery: Local service design and improvement. Reporting on traveler satisfaction. Implement local KPIs/SLAs.
  • Reviews: Conduct regular review meetings and improve local business plan with clients.
  • Global Reporting - MIS, Security Manager: Ensure all appropriate programming for global MIS to ensure quality of data feed.
  • Supplier Management: Manage local supplier program. Provide input on local information and program success for supplier review. Establish local supplier relationships.
  • Program Improvements & Customer Satisfaction: Assess local operational process for improvement as an on-going process. Review findings and create action plan for better customer satisfaction.
  • Budgeting/Pricing and Financial Reporting: Assist in local budgeting process and feed into regional process; Responsibility for P&L at local level within agreed contract terms with clients; Responsibility for timely input into multinational financial reporting process

    Sales Executive

    Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above;
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in the travel industry or service industry; sales experience is a definite advantage;
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English & Cantonese, in Mandarin is a plus;
  • Good computer literacy;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadline



  • Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and management of new sales and revenue to achieve company’s objectives, develop and implement sales & marketing strategies and plans, maximize sales and marketing opportunities to attain sales target;
  • Prepare sales proposals and explore all potential business opportunities;
  • Establish and maintain good relations with existing customers, suppliers and trade partners; attend suppliers or partners networking events;
  • Assist to manage and expand the client database with customer retention management program;
  • Implement on-target campaigns in targeting different market segments and arouse product and brand awareness;
  • Monitor the current market trend, and participate in sales planning and new product development.

    Ticketing Manager

    Requirements:

  • F5 with HKCEE or above, Certificate / Diploma in relevant Travel Service Training
  • With minimum 10 years experience and excellent knowledge of fares, ticketing and reservations gained from travel industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Abacus and GDS system is a MUST
  • Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and the Internet
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, positive, confident and patient
  • Fluent in both verbal & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin



  • Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional advise to operations teams in fulfilling clients travel requirements and requests with suitable travel itineraries
  • Provide accurate fare quotation and issuance of airlines privilege deals
  • Handle customers enquiries on airlines products and rules for ticket issues
  • Work close with outsourced suppliers to ensure complete and accurate processing of travel documents
  • Manage daily operations of Ticketing and Tariff Team

    Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Min 5 years experience in servicing corporate accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office application and familiar with Abacus system
  • Possess recognized Ticketing certificate is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skill and able to work under pressure independently
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Travel Counsellor – Business Travel.



  • Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide full travel consultancy sevices to corporate customers include flight,hotel,car reservations and other travel arrangements.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and assist in developing new potential clients.
